WSC is a mental health resource centre located in Durham city which runs up to 25 learning based activities per week through an education partnership with New College Durham and through a mental health Health Trainer service which can look at an individual’s physical health through a variety of interventions. Arts based courses additionally run on a Saturday through ‘Colour Your Life’.

The Centre has an open access men’s group or CREE that meets on an early Wednesday evening between 5pm and 7pm.

The Centre also provides a Housing service, managing 2 houses in central Durham for 6 males, a floating support for 4 people within their own homes and a Lanchester Road Hospital Discharge service.

Referrals to the Centre can be made by a mental health care professional or GP.
